Ricardo Indalecio is Director of Hect's Forensic Accounting practice. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering (Universidade Paulista) and Accounting (PUC-SP), and an LL.M. in Commercial Arbitration from Ibmec. Ricardo has more than 20 years of experience as a forensic consultant and independent auditor, working across several sectors with a focus on complex corporate investigations, shadow investigations, forensic accounting, disputes, arbitration, independent auditing, internal control assessment and due diligence. He has led numerous investigations, identifying fraud, corruption and non-compliance in financial statements, and has acted as a technical advisor in disputes. He was a member of the IBRACON technical committee responsible for Audit Technical Communication CTA-30 (2021), which guides auditors on legal non-compliance and fraud. In 2025, he was recognized by Leaders League in the categories of compliance (recommended) and complex investigations (excellent).

Ricardo Indalecio has led and carried out complex investigations, shadow investigations, forensic accounting and internal audit engagements in several sectors, including: Civil Construction; Finance; Food Industry; Telecommunications; Petrochemicals; among others.
