Patrick Lima de Carvalho is an Associate Director at Hect and has more than 11 years of experience in engineering projects, across all phases, in industrial, public and private settings, providing services to contractors, owners and arbitration chambers. He also provides preventive consulting through the implementation of project control and monitoring systems, aimed at contemporaneous assessment of delays, productivity deviations and cost control, among others. He verifies the adequacy of records kept in construction documents. He has experience in claim negotiation, arbitration and court proceedings, acting as technical advisor and expert witness.
- Diagnosis of the causes of losses in engineering contracts;
- Analysis of schedule delays to determine responsibilities;
- Productivity studies and the causes of productivity loss, as well as calculation of the costs resulting from lost productivity;
- Quantification of damages;
- Claim negotiation;
- Risk analysis.
Patrick Lima de Carvalho has worked on industrial, civil, energy, oil and gas, road and railway construction projects; in deviation analysis, damage calculation and disputes alone, he has worked on more than 100 contracts. Projects he has taken part in include:
