Civil Engineer from FUMEC University, with a specialization in Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and currently studying Accounting at IBMEC. He is Portfolio and Business Development Manager at Hect, leading consulting projects and driving strategic initiatives for management and new business development. With experience in Project and Contract Management, Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance, he advises on critical decisions for organizations and large-scale projects, in addition to providing technical support in complex disputes (arbitration and court proceedings). He leads Hect's Business Development and Marketing areas, driving initiatives to strengthen the brand, manage partnerships and develop new business. Between 2019 and 2023, he served as Compliance Officer, a period in which Hect was awarded the Pro-Ethics Company Seal by the CGU – a recognition obtained by fewer than 100 companies in Brazil.

He provides consulting in Project and Contract Management and technical support in complex disputes involving industrial, civil and energy projects. He has contributed to projects that together account for more than R$10 billion in investments, involving preventive consulting, forensic analyses and technical advisory work in arbitrations and litigation. His experience also covers Business Management and Corporate Governance, focusing on defining strategies, structuring processes and implementing practices aimed at efficiency, compliance and value creation for organizations. Large-scale projects André Martins has worked on:

Dams: construction of structures and analysis of liability in failure cases, including insurance negotiations;
Energy: construction and retrofit of hydroelectric, wind, solar and thermal power plants and transmission lines;
Infrastructure: highway, railway, sanitation and urban development projects;
Buildings: construction and modernization of commercial and residential buildings;
Industry: construction and expansion of pulp, petrochemical, steel and oil and gas plants.
