Production/Civil Engineer, with a technical degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Management with an emphasis on Business from Fundação Dom Cabral. She is a manager at HECT, working in several engineering areas and providing consulting in project management, contract auditing, and analysis of contract deviations related to scope, schedule, costs and technical failures. She has more than 10 years of experience in engineering projects, across all phases, in industrial works, public works and private projects. She has experience in claim negotiation and in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
- Project monitoring (risk management);

- Critical technical review of proposals and contracts;
- Consulting aimed at optimizing construction processes, shortening schedules and reducing costs;
- Diagnosis of the causes of losses in engineering contracts;
- Schedule analysis, including by the CPM (critical path) method, to determine responsibility for delays;
- Quantification of damages;
- Claim negotiation;
- Preparation of technical opinions for legal and arbitration purposes;
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals (business development);
- Contract measurements (business development).

- Construction of the Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN) at the Rio de Janeiro Petrochemical Complex (COMPERJ);
- Duplication of BR-116 (Pelotas/RS) and BR-040 (Belo Horizonte/Brasília);
- Adaptation of the MERCEDES plant yard (Juiz de Fora/MG);
- West–East Integration Railway (FIOL);
- USIMINAS Ore Treatment Facility (ITM Oeste);
- Construction of Shopping Iguatemi (Campinas/SP);
- Expansion of the FINDES Building (Vitória/ES);
- Construction of the Intermodal Yard (Santa Helena/GO);
- Macro-drainage works in the Arroio Areia watershed (Porto Alegre/RS);
