Luciano de Moraes C. Alves is an Engineer at HECT. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering (UFMG and University of Portsmouth, UK), a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering (FUMEC), an MBA in Project Management (USP), a technical degree in Building Construction (CEFET) and PMP certification (PMI). He has experience in project management, preparation and critical review of claims and technical opinions, contract administration with an emphasis on claim prevention in the pre- and post-contract phases, guidance on keeping contract records, critical review of proposals and budgets, preparation and analysis of lost productivity and schedule delay studies in line with AACE recommended practices, risk management, and support to site teams in monitoring and controlling contractual obligations.
