Francisco de Sá is a Consultant at Hect, providing consulting in project management, contract auditing, and analysis of contract deviations related to scope, schedule, costs and technical failures. Francisco Sá has 35 years of experience at a large company in internal control and CAPEX and OPEX procurement processes, contract management, logistics, materials management and warehousing. Since August 2023 he has served as Compliance Officer of Hect Consultoria.

Technical Coordinator for the implementation of a Procurement Manual, process definition and description of operating procedures.
Technical Coordinator for the implementation of SAP ERP, modules MM, WM, NFe Inbound, LES Transportation, GRC AC 10.1 Access Control, Audit Management.
Carried out several SAP integrations with systems such as diesel fueling control, Procurement Portal, SISCOMEX, Materials Catalog, Supplier Registration and warehouse data collectors.
Compliance Technical Coordinator, having implemented Red Flag Check List controls in the SAP MM system.
Technical Coordinator for the implementation of document taxonomy in the SAP DMS module for the requisition-to-payment process and integration of compliance processes.
Compliance and Risk Management Consultant at Hect. Implemented the Compliance program and related risks in four medium and large companies. Implemented a strategic risk management program in a large company.
