Guilherme Campos is a Portfolio Manager at Hect. He has more than 15 years of experience in engineering projects, across all phases, in industrial works, public works and private projects. He also provides preventive consulting through the implementation of project control and monitoring systems, aimed at contemporaneous assessment of delays, productivity deviations and cost control, among others. He verifies the adequacy of records kept in construction documents. He has experience in claim negotiation and in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
- Project management consulting based on PMBOK guidelines;
- Critical technical review of proposals and contracts;
- Consulting aimed at optimizing construction processes, shortening schedules and reducing costs;
- Diagnosis of the causes of losses in engineering contracts;
- Schedule analysis, including by the CPM (critical path) method, to determine responsibility for delays;
- Productivity studies and the causes of productivity loss, as well as calculation of the costs resulting from lost productivity;
- Quantification of damages;
- Claim negotiation;
- Risk analysis;
- Preparation of technical opinions for legal purposes, and oral defense of those opinions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Topograph and TOTVS ERP.
Guilherme Campos has worked on a wide range of civil engineering projects, with emphasis on highway engineering, large real estate civil works, land subdivisions, urban development, urban cleaning, retaining structures, bridges and overpasses, as well as general knowledge of railways, dams, gas pipelines and industrial/electromechanical assembly, having worked in Brazil and abroad. In deviation analysis, damage calculation and disputes, the following projects stand out:

- Raising of the Eustáquio dam – KINROSS – Paracatu/MG
- Raising of Dam A – KINROSS – Paracatu/MG
- Raising of the Sela dam – KINROSS – Paracatu/MG
- Northeast Refinery – RNEST (installation of product shipping and receiving pipelines);
- Duque de Caxias Refinery – REDUC (modernization of the powerhouse burners)
- Presidente Bernardes Refinery in Cubatão – RPBC (OFF-SITE works for the Diesel portfolio)
- Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA expansion works)
- Barueri WWTP – Sabesp (expansion of the Barueri wastewater treatment plant)
- Trunk sewer works – Tietê River clean-up – Phase III
- Transmission facilities (transmission lines and substations) – ANEEL Auction 005/09
- Highway duplication works under the 040 Highway System concession program
- Restoration (retrofit) and construction of a LEED-Gold commercial building – Rio de Janeiro
