Marina Cavalcante is an Engineer at Hect. She has experience in engineering projects, across all phases, in industrial, public and private settings, providing services to contractors, owners and arbitration chambers. She also provides consulting aimed at contemporaneous assessment of delays, productivity deviations and cost control, among others. She verifies the adequacy of records kept in construction documents. She has experience in claim negotiation and in court and arbitration proceedings. Member of CBAr Jovem.

Marina has worked on a wide range of projects, with emphasis on heavy construction (mining, oil and gas, sanitation, energy), preparing technical studies of contract deviations (forensic analysis), whether in amicable settlement, court, mediation or arbitration. These include:

Airport;
Reconstruction of highways in the state of Bahia;
Small Hydropower Plant;
Transmission lines and substations in the states of Mato Grosso, Goiás and Minas Gerais;
Thermal power plants;
Wind farms;
Contracts for technical and commercial low- and medium-voltage (LV/MV) operational services;
PETROBRAS projects (platform modules, decommissioning, etc.)
